Senior Financial planner & CEO

B.Comm (Financial Planning, Finance & Economics) CFP®

I am a Certified Financial Planner® and have completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Planning. I have achieved the highest designation in financial planning, and the highest ethical standards, which sets CFP® professionals apart from the rest.

I continue to undertake further study and professional development demonstrating my commitment to my clients and my profession. It goes without saying that I am passionate and committed to helping clients achieve their financial outcomes.

Sometimes people ask what difference a financial planner makes. I like to use the analogy of a personal trainer vs. a gym membership. You’ll get something out of your gym membership (provided you actually use it), but a personal trainer will help you achieve your goals much faster, with less worry and risk.

In the same way, when you work with a Certified Financial Planner® you don’t just see progress in your financial affairs, you see yourself steadily moving from milestone to milestone as your goal comes ever closer.

It’s common to put off making investment and financial planning decisions, but you need to take control”…Cameron Forbes

I graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Commerce – majoring in Financial Planning, Finance and Accounting.

It is my role to work very closely with the advisers to ensure that you are provided with proficient advice in a timely and efficient manner. Being able to see the ‘financial burden’ released from your shoulders is my motivation and reward for working at Forbes FP.

Outside of work I enjoy playing sports and spending time with friends and family.

I graduate from Deakin University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Commerce – majoring in Financial Planning and Accounting.

It is my role to work closely with the advisers to not only provide sound advice, but also build a strong relationship with the clients.

This helps the client not only improve their financial position, it also gives them the peace of mind that we are always there for them when they most need us.

Kye Edwards

Client Services Officer

I’m currently in my final year at Deakin University where I am studying a Bachelor of Commerce – majoring in Financial Planning.

I am incredibly excited to be working alongside the Forbes Fava FP team to help people achieve their financial goals. I find developing relationships with clients and playing my part in relieving their stresses to be incredibly rewarding, and it’s why I am so eager about becoming an advisor in the near future.

Anne Leach

Para Planner

I have been with Forbes Fava Financial Planning since day one, initially as book-keeper/administrator, and then assisting in the production of Client Statements of Advice.

I have a passion for my family and have been married to John for 50 years. We have 3 fantastic children and 7 simply wonderful, grandchildren.

Outside of work, I enjoy sewing, gardening, reading and travelling. I have had the privilege of spending many weeks over several years in Indonesia, Kenya and Serbia, not as a tourist, but living in the community. I have also visited Iraq and had the opportunity to visit my childhood home in London.
